The intention of this class is to give you tools to balance and strengthen your aura to create more health and wellbeing in your life!
Balance & Strengthen the Aura class includes Kundalini Yoga warm-up postures, a set of Kundalini Yoga exercises to balance and strengthen the aura along with breath and mantra. Mantra meditation to align your chakras and expand your aura. Ending with a gong bath for clearing any stuck energy and total relaxation.
Kundalini Yoga is a technology that combines physical yoga postures, breath, mudra and mantra to reawaken us to the remembrance of how to embody the light of our soul and maintain a healthy body & neutral mind.
