An intermediate vinyasa flow that will build heat strength and flexibility. Formated to an hour for those who need to fit yoga in their yoga quick but challenging. Class will include sun salutes, balancing poses, backbends, core-strengthening, hip opening and inversions. All levels*.
*If you have never done yoga of any type before, it is suggested (but not required) that you take at least one basic yoga class before attending this quickly paced flow.
