Kundalini Yoga, the "Yoga of Awareness" and the “yoga of sound” (Naad) as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is a dynamic form of yoga consisting of repetitive rhythmic exercises (Kriyas) combined with breathing techniques, sound, music, mantra, and meditation. This science promotes energy flow through all of the centers of the body, especially the channels that flow along the spine. This practice strengthens and balances the nervous system, glandular system, and circulatory system. The combination of sound, movement and breath results in a heightened state of awareness and deep meditation while exercising.

Kundalini Yoga is also fun, and sets your spirit free!
You do not have to be very flexible to do this yoga.
The postures are doable for most people, can be modified and yet the results are powerfully fulfilling!
