Join Lizz Cohoon for Kundalini Yoga to energize your body and uplift your soul! This class will include physical yoga practice, meditation, breathwork, chanting mantra and crystal bowl sound bath. Beginners welcome!
Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. Throughout the class you will be encouraged to turn your awareness inward to focus on your breath and movement in the body - getting a break from all those thoughts in your head! Much of the practice is done sitting down so bring a cushion, block or blanket/towel to sit on. Please bring a yoga mat, water and come as you are.
