In this class through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, you will be taken through a series of yoga postures, movements coordinated with breath and mantra to resynchronize your body to create total relaxation. The yoga postures benefit the body by strengthening the nervous system, rebalance your glandular system, and create better spinal and hip flexibility. Breath more fully through guided breathing practices. Create feelings of bliss and better sleep by activating your natural melatonin through chanting mantra.
Kundalini Yoga is a technology that combines physical yoga postures, breath, mudra and mantra to bring the body, mind and soul back into alignment. This practice is open to all levels and all people.
Bring water, a yoga mat and cushion. If you don't have these, we have a few to borrow.
