We perceive ourselves based on our past, present and future selves. From these perceptions, we create ideas about who we are and what we will become. Our self-perception can be an incentive for our actions or can create self-doubt - holding us back from becoming our Sat Nam, True Self.
Together, we will practice a series of Kundalini Yoga exercises to clear the false self-perceptions. Using a mantra meditation, we balance our relationship with the past to the present, increase our intuition and create a catalyst for changing our future. Gong will be played to balance the parasympathetic nervous system and create deeper relaxation.
Kundalini Yoga is a technology that combines physical yoga postures, breath, mudra and mantra to remind us we are infinite beings in human form. This practice is open to all levels and all people.
Bring water, a yoga mat and cushion. If you don't have these, we have a few to borrow.

The Fountains, a complex of gold buildings with red tile roofs, is on the left. Turn left on Woods Edge Circle and circle to the back of the complex to Building 3372.
