For this special early morning Kundalini Yoga Sadhana practice, we join together to celebrate Yogi Bhajan, a man who dedicated his life to cultivating peace and sharing positive transformational teachings. We will chant together, do light Kundalini Yoga warm ups and do more chanting! Following our practice, stay for breakfast potluck and yogi tea to meet and connect with the community.
