Aquarian Sadhana is an early morning Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Chanting practice done in the early hours (amrit vela) when the mind is quiet and we have an easier connection to the Divine. It is a non-religious practice that includes Japji (a Sikh morning prayer), Kundalini Yoga, and chanting. Originally taught by Yogi Bhajan to excel in life and connect through group consciousness.
